Requirements

High School Graduate or equivalent.
May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
Willing to train the right individual that has a passion for children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and addiction disorders.

Nice To Haves

College degree a plus.
Experience working with children and adolescents a plus.
Experience providing leisure development groups working with all patient populations.

Responsibilities

Carry out education activities identified in the treatment plan under the supervision of the Activity Therapy Manager.
Establish and maintain therapeutic boundaries complying with established training program.
Demonstrate responsibility for observation of patients at all times.
Assist patient with activities.
Practice universal precautions and environment safety guidelines.
