About The Position
The Activity Therapist, CTRS, or other Creative Arts Therapist at Cedar Creek Hospital is responsible for providing Recreational Therapy services to adolescents and adults facing mental health challenges. This role involves assessment, treatment planning, and implementing therapeutic activities to foster positive behavioral changes in clients. The therapist will educate patients on healthy coping skills and assist in post-discharge leisure planning, ensuring continuity of care and engagement in leisure activities.
