About The Position

EF International Language Campus Santa Barbara is looking for a passionate, energetic, and student-focused Summer Activities Leaders for our large and busy summer peak season. This role reports to the Activities Manager and works collaboratively to offer a variety of attractive social activities and programs to a broad range of international students. This is a part time, temporary role from mid-June until August.

Responsibilities

Executes social, cultural, and sporting activities program appropriate to students’ needs.
Supports in all daily operations in the activities department including campus activities, excursions, local events/activities, large school events, and the activities’ desk.
Welcomes and assists with registration of new students on arrival.
Accompanies activities & excursions – including regular evening & weekend work.
Assists in maintaining a presentable school campus by daily set up and clean up of all activities
Strives to achieve favorable student evaluations and meets with students to gather feedback on current activities.
