About The Position

The Activity Director is responsible for conducting high quality patient care, completing an activity assessment to be used in treatment planning and treatment of each patient within 72 hours of admission. Plans therapeutic activities for patients admitted to the hospital. Documents therapeutic activities and supervises activity therapy assistant. Functions as a member of the multi disciplinary team and participates in the community education program. Quality care is our passion; improving lives is our reward. Requirements

  • Activity therapist certification
  • 3-5 years experience
