About The Position

The Vibrant Living Director at Brightview Senior Living is responsible for leading and coaching a team to foster a spirit of vibrant living among residents. This role focuses on delivering high-quality social, physical, educational, and spiritual programs, while also monitoring trends in senior living. The position involves project management for company-wide initiatives and developing strategies to enhance resident participation and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as marketing, education, or geriatrics.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in a public role, with three years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience in event or activities planning, sales, and/or training is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications.
• Ability to manage projects and organize multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of senior living regulations and safety considerations.
