Your Role
The Activity Center Aide duties will include but not be limited to:
Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating activities for therapeutic recreation programs
Accurately prepare program planning forms and submit in a timely manner
Professionally communicate with internal and external customers
Skillfully employ behavior management techniques
Diligently provide supervision and care to program participants
Skillfully assist participants with activities of daily living (ADL’s) and self-help skills
Properly lift and transfer participants
Willingly substitute in programs as requested
Perform other job duties requiring skills, knowledge and physical requirements as demanded by those duties described or less. Individual assignments will be determined by the supervisor based on the current workloads and department needs.
