You will ensure the maximum levels of resident leisure contentment, as well as physical, mental, and psychological well being.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Required)
• Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.

Nice To Haves

• Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or other related field experience(Preferred)
• Previous experience in healthcare or service-related setting (Preferred)
• Fitness background (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the Connections activity program for the community.
• Works closely with Wellness Associates for the implementation of Connections activity programs.
