Plan and implement recreational activities that promote physical, mental, and social well-being for seniors.
Engage with residents to encourage participation and foster a sense of community.
Adapt activities to meet the diverse needs and abilities of residents.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.

Experience in recreational therapy, assisted living, and/or memory care is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with seniors and understand their unique needs.
Creative and enthusiastic approach to activity planning.
