Help Residents live a “Life Lived Forward.” Join our Therapeutic Recreation Team as an Activity Assistant and play a hands-on role in creating meaningful, engaging experiences for our Residents. Your impact will include: ✨ Planning, organizing, and leading daily recreational programs ✨ Encouraging residents to build friendships and participate confidently ✨ Coordinating special events, entertainment, and community outings ✨ Leading group exercises, games, and creative activities ✨ Visiting and engaging residents who may be isolated or non-ambulatory ✨ Assessing new residents’ interests and incorporating them into programming ✨ Documenting participation and resident responses ✨ Supporting volunteers and collaborating with the care team You’ll also help maintain equipment, prepare weekly programming, and ensure activities align with residents’ interests and abilities. Requirements
- Experience in recreation, activities, or healthcare preferred (but not required!)
