About The Position

Victorian Post-Acute is looking for an energetic, creative, and compassionate Activity Assistant to join our life enrichment team. As an Activity Assistant, you will work closely with the Activity Director to bring our program to life: Engage & Inspire: Assist in running a creative and interactive activities program designed to meet the unique interests and needs of each resident. Holistic Support: Ensure that activities address the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of our residents in accordance with their comprehensive assessments. Compliance & Excellence: Maintain high standards of care by following all federal, state, and local guidelines to ensure our program remains top-tier. Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents through group games, arts and crafts, music, and one-on-one visits. Requirements

• A high-energy, positive "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to lead groups and communicate effectively with residents of varying cognitive and physical abilities.
• A passion for creativity and a heart for service.

• Experience in activities, hospitality, or senior care is preferred but not required—we will train the right person!
