About The Position

Victorian Post-Acute is looking for an energetic, creative, and compassionate Activity Assistant to join our life enrichment team. We believe that a vibrant activities program is the heartbeat of our facility. As an Activity Assistant, you will work closely with the Activity Director to bring our program to life: Engage & Inspire: Assist in running a creative and interactive activities program designed to meet the unique interests and needs of each resident. Holistic Support: Ensure that activities address the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of our residents in accordance with their comprehensive assessments. Compliance & Excellence: Maintain high standards of care by following all federal, state, and local guidelines to ensure our program remains top-tier. Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents through group games, arts and crafts, music, and one-on-one visits. Requirements

  • A high-energy, positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to lead groups and communicate effectively with residents of varying cognitive and physical abilities.
  • A passion for creativity and a heart for service.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in activities, hospitality, or senior care is preferred but not required—we will train the right person!
