About The Position
We are looking for someone with a desire to work with seniors. You would be responsible for implementation and various duties related to the activity program for residents of our community. This person should displays self motivation, exhibit flexibility, good communication skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as a team member. Someone whom is outgoing, professional, cheerful, optimistic and creative with the residents and their families.
Requirements
- certified as a TRD in the state of CT
- Professional, friendly, dependable and punctual individuals
- exemplary customer service and creativity
- Proof of COVID Vaccination is required to be eligible for this position.
Responsibilities
- Implementation and various duties related to the activity program for residents
- Complete and document resident activity assessments.
- Follow a comprehensive plan of care for individual residents.
- Schedule patient's daily recreation activities.
