About The Position

Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or over with clean driving record
- Must be willing to be on call in case a resident would need transported
- Computer literacy is necessary: MS Office Suite, flyers and newsletter publication
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan engaging activities for residents
- Build trusting, professional relationships with patients, families, and care partners
- Maintain a professional demeanor while facilitating activities as scheduled on a calendar
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating transportation services for off-site activities
- Promote resident’s attendance at events and activities
- Assist with planning and implementing events and activities
- May be required to operate company vehicles and provide transportation to our residents
