Your Impact & Responsibilities: As an Activity Assistant, you will work closely with the Activity Director to bring our community to life. Creative Programming: Assist in running a creative and interactive activities program tailored to our residents' interests. Resident Engagement: Meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident through engaging social events, games, and projects. Quality Standards: Ensure all activities meet federal, state, and corporate guidelines to maintain the highest level of care.
