Activity Assistant - Part time Thursday - Sunday Stone Oak Care Center 505 Madison Oak Dr. San Antonio, TX 78258 Implement individual and group activities as directed by the activity director. Ensure all daily documentation is complete, accurate and timely. Work collaboratively with other departments in order to provide for the needs of the residents.
