About The Position
Come join the team at WeCare at Sycamore! WeCare at Sycamore is actively seeking motivated Activity Aides for our community in Montoursville, PA. Our Activity Aides provide the residents exciting, stimulating, and resident centered recreation programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent.
- Creative background.
- Previous long-term care or experience working with the elderly or differently abled is preferred.
- Communicates professionally with all residents, family members, staff, and visitors.
- Ability to follow step by step procedures and programs.

- Previous long-term care or experience working with the elderly or differently abled is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, preparing, and executing of activities.
- Participate and lead group activities.
- Participate and lead 1:1 activity.
- Assure a safe and home like environment for our residents.
- Attends and participates in continuing education programs.
- Assist in the set – up and clean-up of activity space.
