About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Communication skills adequate for the task assigned.
Ability to relate to the clinical population being served.
Must be of good moral character.
Safe Driving Record.

Responsibilities

Provides fabulous every day care, every day to clients and other customers.
Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team to carry out the care plans developed by the interdisciplinary team for clients served by that team.
Assists in the planning and implementation of individual and group activities, special events and outings for days, evenings, and weekends.
Consistent and effective documentation of client participation in the activity program.
Assists in shopping for personal care items for clients with a trust fund account through Special Tree NeuroCare Center.
Responsible for accurate accounting of client trust fund monies.
Assists in client mail distribution.
Assists in client haircuts.
Maintains good rapport and cooperative relationships.
Maintains confidentiality of information pertaining to clients, families, staff and business operations and adheres to all HIPAA standards.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Activity Coordinator.
