Spring Arbor Senior Living of Winchester, VA is seeking an Activities & Wellness Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Activities & Wellness Director to develop and implement engaging programs that promote wellness, recreation, education, and spiritual growth for Assisted Living residents. The primary responsibility of the Lifestyle Assistant is to assist the Lifestyle Director in providing a full-time social and activity program at the Community for all residents and families. This includes encouraging resident socialization, improving daily living skills, expanding personal interests, increasing physical activity and education, and making every effort to maintain and expand the lifestyle of all the residents.
