About The Position

The activities supervisor assists the activities manager in overseeing day-to-day operations. A supervisor assists both guides and guest to gear up before activities and assists with clean-up afterward. The supervisor will be both in the field guiding activities as well as helping the activity coordinators with administrative duties.

Requirements

• Athletic

• Wide range of outdoor skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Preference given to applicants with experience in a wide range of outdoor skills (hiking, mountain biking, ropes challenge courses, zip lines, paintball, Polaris ranger tours, etc.).

Responsibilities

• A supervisor assists guides and guests prep and gear up before activities and assists with clean-up afterward.
• A supervisor can schedule guests’ activities, handle retail transactions, and assign guides to activities.
• The supervisor also plays a large role in initial trainings at the beginning of the season and continued trainings throughout the season.
• The supervisor reports to the activities manager and often times handles the assignment/oversight of special projects and tasks within the activities department and at times will be asked to guide any of the activities we offer.
