Requirements
- A warm, friendly personality and great communication skills
- Creativity and enthusiasm for working with seniors
- High School diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care or recreation a plus!
- STNA certification a bonus!
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead recreational activities, games, and events
- Encourage resident participation and social interaction
- Support emotional and mental well-being through meaningful engagement
- Work closely with the Activities Director and care team
