About The Position

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Parma is hiring a full-time Activities (Lifestyle Enrichment) Assistant. As an Activities Assistant (Lifestyle Enrichment Assistant), you provide daily activity programs for the residents and assist the Activities Coordinator (Program Services Coordinator) in providing a full range of program services. Because you are always in contact with residents and families, and to guarantee their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily activity programs for residents.
• Assist the Activities Coordinator in providing a full range of program services.
• Ensure resident and family satisfaction through tact and professionalism.
