Located in Kennewick, Washington, this master-planned, resort-style apartment community brings together multiple apartment neighborhoods with a centralized lifestyle destination called Club 10 a hospitality-driven amenity hub designed to feel more like a boutique resort than a traditional clubhouse. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage all recreational, fitness, gaming, and entertainment programs from golf simulators and arcade spaces to wellness activities, resident events, and lifestyle programming.
