- Single Subject Credential

- Three(3) Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application
- Transcripts (Copy of Pre & Post BA Degree)
- Note: Cell phone photocopies of documents are not accepted, 2 of 3 letters must be from former supervisors.
