Activity Director Centerville Post Acute At Centerville Post Acute, we believe meaningful activities are essential to quality of life. We are seeking a passionate, organized Activity Director to lead a resident-centered program that supports the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. - What You’ll Do Design and lead engaging, resident-focused activity programs tailored to individual interests and needs Develop and maintain a monthly activity calendar including group events, outings, and in-room activities Encourage independence and participation through hobbies, crafts, reading, and self-directed activities Supervise and support activity staff while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Partner with residents, families, and the community to enhance programming and engagement Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Participate in care planning, quality improvement initiatives, surveys, and resident councils - What We’re Looking For Activity Director certification, or Two or more years of experience in long-term care activities, or Degree in recreational therapy or a related field such as therapeutic recreation or gerontology Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of seniors - Why Centerville Post Acute Supportive leadership and collaborative culture Opportunity to make a daily, meaningful impact on residents’ lives Stable work environment with room to grow - Compensation & Benefits $25 per hour Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with company match If you’re energized by creativity, connection, and compassionate care, we’d love to meet you.
