Requirements

  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Heart Saver AED preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead departmental policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee staffing functions, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing education.
  • Manage departmental budget and ensure operations remain within allocated funding.
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and resident safety through audits, care oversight, and issue resolution.
