Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in a continuum care setting, including 1+ year in activities or life enrichment
Indiana State approved Activity Director training required (completed or willing to complete within a required timeframe after hire)

Nice To Haves

NCCAP Activity Director Certification (ADC) preferred
Ability to maintain certification, including continuing education requirements

Responsibilities

Plan and lead engaging activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being for memory care residents
Support residents in participating in meaningful programs that enhance their quality of life
Foster a sense of purpose and belonging through creativity, compassion, and presence
Assist with documenting participation and feedback to support ongoing program improvements
Collaborate with team members to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment
