About The Position
The Activities Director at Storybrook Care and Rehab is responsible for planning and implementing daily activities that meet the psychosocial needs of participants. This role involves creating a calendar of therapeutic and meaningful activities, coordinating with the adult day services team, and ensuring a stimulating environment for participants. The Activities Director will also assess participant needs, report changes in conditions, and assist with daily living activities while maintaining effective communication with staff and families.
