About The Position
The Activities Director is responsible for planning and supervising individual and group recreation services in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive range of recreational activities aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents. The Activities Director will lead a team of recreation assistants and volunteers to create engaging and therapeutic programs that cater to the diverse needs of the residents.
