About The Position

ELS is hiring for the position of Activities Crew in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. What you'll do: As a part of our Activities Crew at Drummer Boy Campground in Gettysburg, you will implement weekly resort activities and events for our guests. You work as a team participant along with management to ensure the community meets the quality standards set by ELS.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on customer needs.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
- Willing and able to work weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Activities experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, promote, and successfully execute events and activities.
- Conduct appropriate and engaging activities for various age groups.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with managers and other staff members.
