Providence Place of Collegeville is seeking to recruit a dynamic individual who will oversee the daily routine of residents experiencing early stages of dementia who are living in an Assisted Living setting. The Activities Coordinator (Club Coordinator) is responsible for developing and delivering appropriate small group activities, leading the morning resident meetings, and helping residents keep individual appointments. The Activities Coordinator / Club Coordinator is involved in the process so identifying and enrolling prospective Club members. This position requires consistent communication with residents, resident families, and team members.
