As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible to provide coordination, supervision, and accountability for organized activities including Little Cedar Kids’ Club, holiday event schedules, seasonal guest programs, festivals and private group recreation activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supervise Kids’ Club Programs and implement environmentally oriented programs, as directed, which are safe and fun for all participants. This may include knowing and enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a safe and clean environment for activities. Assist with the setup, execution and supervision of guests' participation in activities throughout major holidays and events. This may include taking attendance & maintaining records of the event. Enhance guest experience through fun and engaging activities and programs, including providing feedback for monthly activities schedules and ensuring they align with the goals and objectives of the activities department. This should include acting as a positive role model for guests by demonstrating good behavior, sportsmanship and respect of all guests and other associates Conduct and implement group recreational activities which may include games, arts & Crafts and outdoor adventures – tailored to the age and interest of the guests Assist other associates in operating the fitness center, swimming pools, guest services desk and other recreational facilities as needed including maintaining the cleanliness and organization of activities and recreation facilities and spaces.
