Requirements

• At minimum 18 years of age or older, required
• High school diploma or GED, required
• One year of experience planning and leading activities or events required
• Must speak fluent English

• Senior Living experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with facilitating daily activities, group programs, and special events that support residents’ physical, social, intellectual, and emotional well‑being
• Encourage resident participation by offering support and adapting activities to individual abilities and comfort levels
• Help create a warm and inclusive community atmosphere through positive interaction and engagement with residents
• Support holiday celebrations, birthdays, themed activities, and special events using creativity and resident involvement
• Assist with activity setup, clean‑up, and preparation of supplies to ensure activities run smoothly and safely
