Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A genuine passion for working with and supporting seniors
Nice To Haves
- Experience using a bus lift is a plus
- Previous experience in activities, recreation, or senior living preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist with engaging activities, events, outings, and celebrations for residents in assisted living and memory care
- Encourage participation and highlight each resident’s unique interests and talents
- Provide one-on-one engagement and companionship to foster connection and belonging
- Safely drive a 12-passenger community shuttle for resident outings and appointments
- Assist residents with boarding and exiting the shuttle , ensuring comfort and safety
