About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning, preferably in assisted living or long-term care setting
  • Familiarity with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
  • Must have IDD and Autism experience
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members
  • Proficiency in organizing and executing events and activities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with varying needs
  • Understanding of the disabled care principles and best practices
  • Experience in planning activities for individuals in a home community care setting

Nice To Haves

  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a diverse range of activities to cater to the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of residents
