About The Position

Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable experiences? Sun Outdoors Ocean City is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Attendant to help bring fun, family-friendly programming to life at our resort. The Activities Attendant assists with planning, coordinating, and supporting a variety of recreational and social activities for resort guests. This role works closely with the Activities team to ensure events are well-organized, engaging, and enjoyable for guests of all ages.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Friendly, outgoing, and hospitable personality
  • Enjoys working with children and families
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and supervising activities such as picnics, sporting events, dances, and dinners
  • Set up and clean up activity areas before and after events
  • Track guest participation and attendance for activities
  • Assist with training and supporting Activities team members and volunteers
  • Help distribute weekly activity newsletters to guests and residents
  • Maintain activity equipment and supplies in good condition
  • Perform other duties as assigned
