About The Position

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Strong problem-solving and communication skills Provide fantastic customer service Flexibility to work shifts (weekends, nights, and holidays) Strong teamwork Knowledge in sports and activities Managing and implementing activities schedule Willing to work in inclement weather All other duties assigned by Activities Lead or Lifestyle Manager EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Must be at least 16 years of age Experience in sports related ﬁeld preferred SKILLS & ABILITIES Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude Team player An effective communicator Highly organized Able to work nights/weekends Passionate about sports and recreation LIVING OUR CORE VALUES Our Core Values are a way of life, not just empty promises.
