Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to adapt and manage multiple priorities
• Team-oriented with a focus on resident safety

• Experience in healthcare, senior care, or activities preferred
