About The Position
Resident Activity Assistant organizes and participates in person-specific activity programming, including one to one interventions, small group facilitation and large group presentations and assists the resident activity director as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in activities department in a healthcare setting or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- CNA license is preferred, but we will train
- Experience with residents in a healthcare setting in an activity nature, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- communicating to residents the daily activities
- helping residents to activities
- doing daily documentation
- helping with miscellaneous duties that the Activity Director brings forth
