Activities Assistant

About The Position
We are currently looking to hire an individual who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of those we care for. If you have a passion for working with seniors and have experience as an Activities Assistant then come on board with us! We look forward to meeting you! The schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday 9am-5pm and about one evening per month. This position can also be physically demanding at times.
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in preparing and implementing Activities preferred
- Experience working in short term and long term care preferred
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- 1-2 years’ experience in resident programming preferred
- Passion for seniors
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
