Ivy Park Post Acute is a 150-bed post-acute care facility located at 5609 5th Ave., Pittsburgh. Here, we believe our staff members are like plants. They need attention and effort to grow. You'll work under supervision of our Activities Director to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
