The Activities Assistant is responsible for actively implementing assigned outcomes for each consumer as determined by his/her Service Planning Team, working cooperatively with Program Supervisor in assigned paperwork duties, assisting the development of skill building activities and implementing schedules; meets regularly with direct supervisor to ensure services are appropriate and meet the needs, likes, and interest of consumers and complete all necessary paperwork. Acts as mentor to all assigned new staff to teach, guide and support new staff, brings any supervisory concerns to the Program Supervisor or Manager.
