Agawam South Rehab & Nursing is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to support recreational programming in our skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on engaging residents and enhancing their daily experience.
Requirements
- Experience with elderly or patient populations preferred

Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and leading daily activities
- Encourage resident participation and engagement
- Set up and clean up activity areas
- Document attendance and participation
- Work with staff to support resident well-being
