About The Position

Lead meaningful activity programs that enhance residents’ quality of life and support individualized care plans
Assess resident interests and abilities to create engaging, goal-focused experiences
Facilitate group and one-on-one activities that promote socialization, mobility, and emotional well-being
Maintain a safe, organized activity space and assist with documentation to support the care team

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Heart Saver AED obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
