About The Position

We are seeking a Full-Time Activities Assistant to join our team and help enhance the quality of life for our residents through engaging and meaningful activities. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents as needed

Nice To Haves

Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare/long-term care setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, patient, and reliable

Responsibilities

Assist with planning, organizing, and leading group and one-on-one activities
Encourage resident participation while respecting individual interests and abilities
Support special events, parties, and holiday celebrations
Document activity participation per facility policy
Work collaboratively with the Activities Director and care team
Maintain a positive, energetic, and compassionate environment
