Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Experience with seniors or Memory Care (dementia) experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging events in our Memory Care including educational events, exercise, outings, arts and crafts, holiday festivities, and more
- Partner with residents and team members to create collaborative, resident-centered programs
- Encourage participation with empathy, patience, and enthusiasm
- Prepare and serve snacks, adding warmth and care to each gathering
- Assist with transportation to and from community events
