Requirements

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and outgoing person who is able to work independently.
Must be dependable, reliable and highly motivated.
Must have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
Experience working and interacting with families in a customer based Senior Living environment.
Must be willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in Senior Living preferred.
We are very active with creative programs such as: Fitness, Painting, Travel, poetry club, games, crafting and wood working.
The Activities Assistant (Life Enrichment Assistant) helps to keep our residents engaged with daily programs.

Responsibilities

The Activities Assistant implements a wide array of programming for residents in our community and helps keep our residents engaged.
Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed.
Completes required paperwork.
