The Activities Assistant is responsible for assisting with the implementation of activities for participants that are tailored to the needs and limitations of the frail and elderly. This role involves working closely with the Recreation Therapist to develop and implement recreational activities that meet the interests, needs, and capabilities of participants. The Activities Assistant will also assess participants' functional status in relation to their participation in these activities and assist with non-skilled activities of daily living.
