A Life Engagement Assistant is responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating a program of therapeutic recreational activities for residents. The role involves establishing, promoting, and supporting programs that foster enjoyment and overall wellness. The assistant will consult with other departments to implement appropriate activities for residents and assist in coordinating transportation for scheduled activities and resident appointments. Occasionally, the assistant may be responsible for resident transportation and will also assist in the preparation of the monthly Community newsletter.
