About The Position

Join Bridge Senior Living as a Life Engagement Assistant, where you can make a difference in the lives of others while personally thriving. This full-time position involves planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating a program of therapeutic recreational activities for residents. You will establish, promote, and support programs that foster enjoyment and overall wellness, consult with other departments to implement appropriate activities, assist in coordinating transportation for scheduled activities and resident appointments, and may occasionally be responsible for resident transportation. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of the monthly Community newsletter.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• CPR Certified.
• Valid State of Residence Driver's License with safe driving record.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in Senior Living.

Responsibilities

• Establish, promote, and support programs fostering enjoyment and overall wellness.
• Consult with other departments in implementing appropriate activities for Residents.
• Assist in coordinating transportation for scheduled activities and resident appointments.
• May occasionally be responsible for resident transportation.
• Assist in preparation of monthly Community newsletter.
