Requirements

MUST be a team player!
Must be able to safely drive 14-passenger non-CDL bus.
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Insatiable appetite for learning – this is a COMPLEX industry with a lot of moving parts -- what you learn in this job will set you up for success!
An inquisitive mind -- the best people for this role simply ask the best questions and genuinely want to help find optimal solutions for residents!
Impeccable communication abilities – both written and oral.
Outgoing personality! You have to enjoy – truly enjoy –interacting with people in all mediums (via e-mail, phone, and face-to-face).
Resourcefulness – ability to work independently when needed AND as a member of collaborative team.
Above-average skills in the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Operate Company's 14-passenger vehicle and SUV to transport residents on outings/personal and doctors' appointments.
Help the Director set up, tear down for, and implement creative activities, outings and programs that enrich our resident’s lives.
Promote participation in activities and help foster social connectedness between residents.
Demonstrate superior customer service while developing rapport with residents, visitors and coworkers.
Learn the programs/activities industry and best practices in senior well-being and how the pieces of the puzzle fit together.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all support roles at the community.
