Requirements

Minimum age: 16+
Must wear proper uniform and slip-resistant, enclosed-toe footwear.
Ability to develop a great rapport with frequent members and their children.

Responsibilities

Experience Facilitation: Lead and implement engaging Kids' Club programs, daily resort activities, and the Whitewater Putting Course experience.
Resort Expert: Serve as a knowledgeable guide for guests, answering questions about activity schedules, pricing, locations, and nearby community recommendations.
Kids' Club Leadership: Supervise children in a safe, fun, and positive environment; coordinate meal orders for Kids' Night Out and ensure all supplies are ready for scheduled events.
Venue Stewardship: Keep the Kids' Club, Activity Closets, Whitewater Putting Hut, and Live Oak Lawn organized and "resort-ready" at all times.
Recreation Management: Facilitate the check-out process for recreation equipment and ensure the putting course operates efficiently.
Problem Solving: Proactively address guest needs or concerns with professional grace, ensuring total member satisfaction.
